| I might be the only person on this board that actually gained respect for McElwain this week. He is doing the right thing even though it hurts his team's chances. Mac has talked the talk and now he's walking the walk.
The sad thing is that this pales in comparison to the problems that Urban had while there. Difference is that Urb rarely gave meaningful discipline unless the police were involved.
