but I still don't understand the offensive fouls for picks, that call is so inconsistent . One guy barley turns his shoulder, yet another guy move his whole body. Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

3 calls I don't get in college. Over the back 2. offensive calls on picks and 3. pushing off. they all seem to be accounted by whos officiating where and when. I did Hich school BB for a long time and Mens league. but can't understand B1G officials one bit Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad
