Anyone looks good on highlight film, but to my experienced but still amateur eyes, he looks a lot less stiff than two 5 stars who busted: Green and Walker.

problem is that our coaching is extremely suspect at developing such players

I won't argue that, other schools have bad stretches too. That doesn't guarantee a turn-around but a knee-jerk reaction would do more harm than good to the program. That being said a significant decrease in salary is justified...
