Just got a newsflash that Virginia is eying Gattis to be their head coach after a deal with the guy from Clemson fell through.

To think last season everyone wanted Gattis gone … now he is a future head coach … rotten timing for the CFP preparations !!

this would be a major blow to UM. this is exactly what happened when fisch left for UCLA. the passing game didn't feel explosive for years. I hope gattis stays.

I think coaching "trees" are interesting. Look at Bo's- McCartney, Miles, and Carr all won national championships and Moeller won a Big Ten Championship and a Rose Bowl.
Lloyd's coaching tree was not so good. Have to see how Jim's coaching tree ends up.
