technically it already has. What I mean is that kids are signing them while still in high school waiting to transition to college. But I understand what you mean and you are probably right.

If Bronnie James could have he would have. And LaBron seems like he would have exploited it.
Also what is his name LaVar Ball? Father of the 3 players, LaMelo, Lonzo and LiAngelo. He was trying to start something like that but I have not heard anything about that lately.
