Michigan can[t by a break in Hockey illness and injuries, plus the puck will not go into the net. score a goal time expired. Got a question why when you score on a delayed penalty the penalty is still assest The NCAA is the only group I have ever seen that and I reffed hockey in High school and USA hockey
