Yes, it is. Bitter as I was, for the longest time, over the '97 business, I've always felt Nebraska---everything from its administration to its players to its fans---runs one of the classier programs in college football. (Sans, that is, Lawrence Phillips, Christian Peter, and motormouth Scott Frost).
