| I certainly can't. I don't watch other teams that much. But I DO watch MICHIGAN.
But if he is Top 20 then our conference isn't the best BB conference in the land. Or 2nd.
I guess with that being said I don't mind him being our 3rd, 4th or 5th option on the court.
But EVERY TIME he shoots a 3 I yell NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO at the TV.
With that being said I just did a quick comparison on his stats from Last year compared to this year.
Last year - 11 ppg. 5.4 rpg. 1.1 apg. .8 topg. This year - 13.2 ppg. 4.4 rpg. 1.3 apg. 1.4 topg.
Those are basics. Points rebounds assists turnovers. He went backwards on rebounds and turnovers. Rebounds is not really a stat you want your 4 guy to regress. And why the hell is he turning the ball over so much? He shouldn't be handling the ball that much!
Ok? More?
FG% Last year 57.2% This year 49.7%. 3pt FG% Last year 32.3% this year 27.3%.
His personal fouls have INCREASED while his minutes have DECREASED this year. 33.6 min last year 31.4 min this year. Yet Fouls have increased from 1.1 per game to 1.7 per game.
Man, I'll tell you, the more I get into his stats the more disappointed I am in his play this year.
ACCORDING TO THE STATS he was brutal this year compared to last year. _________________ "What the HELL's going on out here?"

Name 20 better players.[/quote]
BTN already has. Their list excluded GR III and they probably watch more games that do not involve Michigan than all of us combined.

| Not true. GRIII was Honorable Mention which theoretically puts him 16-20 in the conference.
That was why the conversation started.
So, you are saying that BTN watches more games than us and they ALL (Coaches and media) say GRIII is one of the top 20 players in the B1G.
Sorry, just don't see it. But.........since everyone is telling me he's good I guess he must be good. _________________ "What the HELL's going on out here?"

| Nope I just said they watch more than we do.
I just looked at their list again and they did not do an honorable mention so it doesn't matter anyway.

| It is here.
http://btn.com/2014/03/10/nik-stauskas-tops-all-big-ten-basketball-teams/
And there are actually 9 Honorable Mentions for coaches and 13 for media so we could say GRIII is between the 16th and 24th, or between 16th and 28th best player in the league.
In theory. _________________ "What the HELL's going on out here?"

| At the end of the day, GRIII is a key part of this team and will be a key part of any post-season run. He has been a great-character kid. He was a starter and a big contributor on a team that played in the National Championship last year. GRIII may not be elite and may never reach his "potential", but at the end of the day, I'm happy he plays for Michigan. _________________ | |

| To follow-up, Jordan Morgan is our best defensive player, then Caris, then Glen, again IMO. | |

| I'm late to this party, but I think the awards got GRIII right where he should be as an honorable mention. He's had a disappointing season, but he's still a valuable (and good) player. | |
