He is suspend from the first game but can still practice.

which I think is the right thing to do. let him get his reps in the spring and fall but make him sit out when it really counts to show him there are consequences.

The I wonder why it was a big deal that they decided to announce he was practicing?
I mean, they didn't report Jake Ryan was practicing. Or Derrick Green.
