Michigan Top QB Recruit Alex Malzone Still “100%” Committed To Wolverines After Hoke Firing
Matt Lombardi
When college football coaches are let go by their respective universities, fans often worry that recruits who have previously committed to play for the team will reconsider their futures. It looks like at least one future Michigan Wolverine will be staying the course after head coach Brady Hoke’s firing Tuesday. Alex Malzone, a four-star pro-style quarterback recruit from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, has already told Bleacher Report’s Tyler Donohue that he plans are staying committed to the program.
Michigan currently has the 70th-ranked recruiting class for 2015, according to Rivals, so this is absolutely huge for the school. We’ll see if anything changes when UM picks Hoke’s successor.
