Recruiting Coordinator

Job Summary
To assist with the recruiting process (video, data, research, etc.) of all prospects
Responsibilities*
- Create Highlight Tapes that are used on Unofficial and Official Visits
- Create Highlights of Michigan Football that are used for social media
- Create Highlights from Prospects game tape for the coaches to evaluate.
- Handle the logistics for Video Presentation at the Stadium with prospects.
- Create and Coordinate Michigan Vine Video Account
- Data entry of prospect information
- Assist with official and unofficial visits
- Assist with the Coaches Clinic
- Research (online) related to prospect information and recruiting trends
- Administer Prospect tours
- Responsible for the Development of prospect information and Bio?s
- Responsible for Referencing External Recruiting Sources (Rivals, Scout, 247)
Required Qualifications*
Bachelor's Degree
Complete a successful background check
Computer skills
Football knowledge
XOS Knowledge (video)
Desired Qualifications*
Knowledge of the University of Michigan Football program

| ha ha. Like i've said in the past, I'm a bit of a hack. I'm good at compiling and weeding through the data that other guys find. Admittedly I wouldn't be very good at this. my XOs knowledge is fairly limited.
When UM opens up an armchair recruiter position let me know.
