Harbaugh

Jim's a different kind of dude. I recently heard he has the winner of drills run sprints instead of the loser. His belief is you have to earn the right to get better. I also read he has removed all of the frills in the weight room. He believes it is a place to work not a place that needs to look all pretty. I get it but I wonder how recruits will take to it. This is the age of training facilities that look more like a 5 star resort than a weight room.

He's pretty hard core.

There were only two athletes on my football team that had college football potential and that were the type that did extra sprints after practice. Peppers did self imposed push-ups after he dropped an INT. I think it all depends on the type of kid. Some elite recruits will love Harbaugh, some will hate his ideas.
