If anyone deserves it he does …. lost a lot of the fan base the last couple of years … stuck it out and showed his Michigan love … we won in ‘97 but for me this season was the best since I’ve been following from ‘73 … regardless of what happens in the CFP championship

don't get how the BG picks Tucker but the whole association picks Harbaugh . To think last year everyone said it was time for him to leave me included. now a year later coach of the year. Hope the assistants are well paid they made the biggest difference just in philosophy and technic

It's not a shock to me that the Big Ten media picked Tucker and the national media picked Jim. Two points, one choice was made after the regular season and one after the Title game. If Iowa had pulled the upset, it would be tough not to argue that maybe Ferentz deserved it (over JH). Giving it to Tucker eliminated that risk. The second is that the national media has less U of M envy/ Harbaugh animus, than the Big 10 media.
