| same shitty team as last year, long stretches of nothing, followed by poor defense, no inside game, rebounding a non factor. | It's going to take time. Beilein has never had a roster where arguably 11 guys are good enough for minutes. The defense and offensive rebounding were actually a lot better last night than before. There will be more pain to go through but by BT season I think this team will be pretty good. | |

Like I said, if we can't defend and learn how to get tough in the paint and grab some rebounds then we will be a second round tourney team at best. I do agree with shoes that they looked better last night than they did against Xavier but they have a long ways to go still. season is early, not willing to write them off yet. i'm staying cautiously optimistic but feel that from what i have seen I will stand by my prediction for their ceiling.
