Stribbling get beat week after week . Is he the best feft corner on the roster. WTH

Defense isn't looking good period

Both big play for IU and who gets the Big play against then Stribbling, for GAWD shake give him some help.

Defense played great today. 1st scoring drive by IU featured a DB slipping and fall in and a couple good plays by IU.

You guys are spoiled. Only gave up 10 points. That is below season average of 11.

Defense played well indeed. Some people would complain if they were hung with a new rope.

He, along with Mr.X and Mr.Y, were jointly convicted of capital murder, and sentenced to be hanged.

Mr.X mounts the gallows, and as the latch is pulled, the guillotine blade slides/falls to within an inch of his neck...but a most-fortuitous knot in the wood halts it. The head hangman says to reprieve him, saying he's suffered nervously enough for the moment.

Mr.Y follows him to the gallows. Same outcome exactly.

"Okay, you!" shouts the executioner to our Mr.Z.  "No friggin' way!", Z protests. "You won't discriminate against ME. I'm not going in there till you get that thing fixed!!!"

So I a wrong to point out Stribbling is constantly being beaten on pass defense, well excuse me that your observation is more entitled than mine I thought this was a discussion group not a if you don't agree with my thinking your wrong group

There is no doubt in my mind that Stribling has not performed lately. I would say Artist is 100% correct on this.

Pro Football Focus has Stribbling rated as the third best cornerback in college football. They have Lewis rated as second best and OSU's Conley as the best. While one might quibble with their ratings- "constantly being beaten on pass defense" is not even close to being objectively true.

Well they obviously have him overrated. We'll see what happens when the draft comes. I for one would be somewhat shocked if he is taken as 3 rd D back , unless there is a real shortage of D backs

Artist, just wanted to say my response was just a joke and not meant to be critical of your opinion. I agree Stribling has made some errors, but then again, this defense is still pretty damned good.

I completely agree this defense is unreal my point was that every time that a team need to make a play they go his way, It will be interesting to see what this defense does to O$U . I believe they will spy Peppers on the QB to take the option away, I just hope that they don't attack Stribbling and cause a big play
