One game, I know, but I feel Michigan is better off with Milton at QB than it has been for a long time.

I agree, I am trying not to ley my enthusiasm get the better of me, but in addition to the obvious physical skills, his poise, and confidence were about as encouraging as I could have wished for. Let's keep him healthy and I like our chances a great deal.

He's going to make mistakes that will make us pull our hair out sometimes.
But overall a large improvement.

So this begs the question, how long do we leave him in the game in a blowout situation? I would have liked to have seen him out a series earlier at Minnesota. But I also fully understand that they probably have so much of the playbook to catch up on with Covid and the shortened season and him being a first time starter. Curious to hear everyone else’s thoughts? No sense in leaving him in when up 25 and risk injury IMO.
Also I want to say that with Milton and this offense, against minny, this was the first time in a long time that I felt like UM could score or move the ball at will. I know that will change based on the opponent but if you get the team feeling that way then, to quote shoes again.... “I like our chances a great deal”
