Why The nd game does nothing for Michigan all it does is help the Spartans why play it, would MSU do that for Michigan

Michigan has games in days now, OSU 2/21 IOWA 2/26 IU 2/27 ILL 3/2 MSU 3/4 MSU 3/7

On paper it looks brutal but the last two to close out worry me the most.

Michigan can end up with wins over 7 teams in the field and solidify a #1 seed in their regional.

I'm assuming a loss today, but beating Illinois at home is the single most important game left in the regular season.

I agree. Even with the win today the Illinois game is biggest game going into the post season.

I think I recall reading something that said that the team down south had more wins against the (predicted) field than any other team in basketball but I'll have to look again so don't quote me on that.
