As we should be that one of our most athletic D-lineman wasn't given any jail
time (his crime could well have warranted it)...because in such an event, coach
Hoke would have had little choice but to toss him.

Agreed. He has already shown he can make plays. Now he needs to show he can stay out of trouble.
