1. he's kind of quick. doesn't have Gardner-type speed but you can tell he's way faster than Navarre. plus he seems to be shifty. watching his highlight tape I saw him extend quite a few plays with his elusiveness.
2. He needs to work on his feet bad. I saw a few sophomore-Denard-like throws where his feet were not set.
3. Is it just me or does he throw a bit side arm. That can be fixed.
Does anyone know who his WR targets were? He seemed to have a really good feel for them. They definitely made him look good (or at least bailed him out) a couple of times.
All in all I say he's a good pickup. He's got the size the coaches are looking for. He's got some speed. He seems pretty cool under pressure. He gives a bit of depth (or at least another option to build depth) and he doesn't take up a scholarship spot.
He may never see the field but as with all UM players, I'm definitely hoping he'll turn out to be a stud.
