There has been no player improvement the last three years, our O-line is bizarre and atrocious (we would be 3-5 at best without Lewan), and the defense is almost as bad as it was in Rod's last year. As of now, I am through with the entire coaching staff. Throw the entire bank at David Shaw or Les Miles. Hoke is a great man, but he is a terrible coach who is in over his head. Traditional teams become bad when they let crappy coaches hang around for too long.
