Your best case scenario

Assuming Hoke gets axed, and he will, (I think they're looking at a 5-7 season), what's your best case scenario for coaching hire, etc.

I know I am usually more negative than most, but I really think they land one of the Harbaugh brothers, most likely John. They go into the offseason with a lot of doubt, but come out smelling like Roses (pun intended) with John. The Ravens will miss the playoffs, so he will get a little more time to recruit.

I would also like to see Speight win the QB job.
