| Not only am I starting to trust Rudock to make make a play, but I am now EXPECTING him too. What a night and day difference it's been since the beginning of the season. If only he had another year left to play. I don't know if Jake has the hidden talent, or if it's Harbaugh who's propped him up. Either way, Rudock is the man. | |

| These last few weeks have really made me eat my words, like you I now trust him to make a play to bail out our team. Let's hope this continues for the next 3 or (hopefully) 4 games | |

| Man, how cool would it be to get through these next two weeks with W's (and a OSU win over MSU) to give Rudock the opportunity to go beat his old team in the B10 Championship??
Something tells me he would put up a helluva performance. The traditional concern would be him trying to do too much in that situation, but with Harbaugh the QB whisperer, that doesn't concern me. _________________ "I don't get sick. I was just discussing this with a co-worker. it would be media gold. _________________ Sometimes people standing on third base think they hit a triple, but they didn't - Jim Harbaugh

| Jake has his shit totally together, and his coolness will keep him from trying too hard when (if?) he gets a shot at Iowa. ps: I know they are undefeated, but who have they played? Not any of the two best (plus the other sort of good) teams in the B1G. | |

| Rudock has finally gained a sense of comfort at Michigan. I expected him to be good though. Not as bad as the first couple of games, and not as great as the last few. Somewhere in the middle. Now keep this in mind, we get O'Korn for the next 2 years. He will most certainly start better than Rudock did this year as he has been practicing with/against the team all year. That is assuming that O'Korn beats out Peters, Malzone, et. al.
I watched most of Iowa's last game, I think that we're in trouble IF we make it to Indy.
Where is NCHawk? We need his input. _________________ 'eggo denoted me a First ballot Hall of Famer! - sandyeggo_blue wrote:

| EJ ! I am there with you once he got to understanding the offense and how to use it he became pretty good. The early miscues have fallen of and he has been pretty good. I still think he lacks arm strength. _________________ "HAIL HAIL MICHIGAN" Wanted John Harbaugh but I'll settle for JIM WITH AN ENTHUSIASM UNKNOWN TO MANKIND GOOO BLUE The Curse of Rich Rod

| Guess Jim knew what he was talking about when he said Jake was a very good QB ... shocking that the greatest QB COACH college of pro would know what he was talking about ... smh | |

| No dwoody that's not what the quote is about. Its about everyone saying Jim would not come here and I would be just happy to get John. Getting Jim was like winning the lottery. _________________ "HAIL HAIL MICHIGAN" Wanted John Harbaugh but I'll settle for JIM WITH AN ENTHUSIASM UNKNOWN TO MANKIND GOOO BLUE The Curse of Rich Rod

great question. Their overall QB ratings are within a point of each other with Beathard ahead. When you look at BT games only, Jake is ahead.

No. Jake might have the edge in numbers for the B1G schedule but Beathard fits their system better. he makes them more explosive. it was the right move by Ferentz. Iowa is happy. MICHIGAN fans are happy. seems like a win win. _________________ Sometimes people standing on third base think they hit a triple, but they didn't - Jim Harbaugh

great question. Their overall QB ratings are within a point of each other with Beathard ahead. When you look at BT games only, Jake is ahead. Consider the competition. Our schedule>their schedule. In fact we are 9th and they are 17th according to Sagarin and we still have OSU. Consider Jake had to learn a new system. Hard to think Jake would not have performed better IMO.

| Jake also wouldn't have Jim Harbaugh coaching him at Iowa. Doubt he would of turned out this good at Iowa In that case, IMO. |
