people in the know are saying that partridge turned down a very nice offer to stay at MICHIGAN but won't say exactly what he turned down.

1. I like the loyalty

2. I'd  be willing to bet he gets a pay bump

3. you have to hitch your wagon to harbaugh. he will take you further than durkin will at this point.

Maybe a position where he can be an on field coach. That usually comes with a pay raise.
