The Defense is getting shredded and The offense looks like they never played before the Buf's came to play and Michigan is the Victim Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

It's mind-boggling. You have to wonder what Michigan did in practice this week, because they are playing as if they have no idea what's going on. They're hanging close by special teams play and the fact we have better athletes, not because they are better prepared and focused.

I will amend my statement to say it looks like Michigan has finally made the adjustments necessary on defense and has made at least a couple plays on offense. Now it's time to push it in the 2nd half.

It has nothing to do with patience, Colorado came out better prepared and fired up to play.

no panic , not writing off the season all of a sudden ... but this team needs much better QB , OL and RB play , that is alarmingly evident ... the D will be very good , no worries there

Michigan took a standing 8 count in the 1st qtr., finally made some adjustments, outscored the Buffaloes 38-7 after 1st qtr. I believe Colorado had 185 or 195yds of offense in 1st qtr. ended up with 325 total. So if my math is right that's 130/140yds rest of game. And 70 came on TD pass 2nd play of 3rd qtr.

My 2 cents, turning point was early 2nd qtr., already 21-7 Colorado, they're driving again, 1st & 10 at M 17, M defense finally held, then they missed FG. Down 28-7 does M recover?

Captain obvious: Peppers is a game changer, defense, special teams & can't wait till he's more involved with offense.

Boleach, agree Wilton has to be better. Colorado did a great job one-on-one coverage on M WRs. WS threw some deep passes that should have been intercepted. in fact when it was 38-28 he almost threw a pick-6. This was his 1st start vs quality opponent, lets see how he looks vs PSU and the Badgers. Give him credit as well, made some nice throws to Butt, able to step up into pocket & make some nice completions. Took what defense gave him.

What's the golf saying: drive for show, putt for doe. And I believe in football, offense sells tickets, defense wins championships. As long as defense & in Michigan's case, its special teams, only continue to get better, not worried.
