to get pick in te 6th round by Cleveland. You would think in a talent rich draft at wide receiver someone might have warned the young man

He just wasn't that good at Michigan for whatever reason (probably multiple). I was excited when he signed and spent several games with binoculars trained on him. He just had trouble getting open. Black, Collins , and Bell all performed better. Maybe it was a work ethic problem. Sometimes really talented guys have it come so easily to them in high school, that they just aren't prepared to do what it takes at the next level.

Harbaughesque...a ton of hype, flashing some potential, but never quite gets there.

At this point I do not question why kids leave early.

He was going to go into medicine when he left high school. I have no idea what his academic status was at Mich- ie major, credit hours from graduation etc.Guessing that goal has fallen by the wayside otherwise I don't know why he would leave school early for a sketchy at best chance at an NFL career.

Money, uncertainty that there will even be much of a college football season next year, just get the heck out of college, etc. Yes Cleveland sucks but the Lions are just as bad if not worse.
