NCAA Playoffs

I know that they already decided that the 4 teams in the playoff are 1. Bama 2. Clemson 3. O$U 4 ND but last night i gave it a lot of thought and my four were
1. Bama
2. Clemson
3. Miss St
4. ND

It has nothing to do with how I feel about O$U but they didn't have the same issues that MSU had. although in Honesty I think FLA, MSU and O$U all could beat ND

Notre Shame has no business there, Clemson showed what a fraud they are .... hate the bucknuts but they’re one of the four best

I am a football fan so I do GAF! somehow I just don't understand the reason the whys that these teams seem to get the recruits and are so much better than Michigan is it just recruiting, is it coaching is it different standards for players ! WHY

Simple, 'bama, Clemson, o$u, etc. all cheat. They pay their players. I'm not talking overt salaries (well maybe they do at 'bama and o$u) but the $50 handshakes, jobs where you don't actually have to show up, etc. Michigan "kinda" used to do that (on a lesser scale) but we cleaned it up. That and the Rich Clod experiment did us in as far as being a football factory goes.

I'm kinda torn on this, on one hand I love that we're standing up for our principles. OTOH I get tired of losing.

after watching that game I would tend to agree but I watched almost every game this year and after they worked out the early kinks I think they do have the talent to be there.


The talent gap does not justify the point difference. I think ND just had a bad game. I don't mind seeing them there.

I think I understand your thoughts on this but I will say that if RR had 2 more years I think he's playing a new year's bowl year in and year out and if that's the case then who knows.

But yes, I'm not on the football factory wagon just yet.

Precisely. My personal thought on Rich Clod aside he was never given a fair chance. I may not have liked the guy but I wasn't actively working against him (not that I even could have). I wanted him to do well but the Toledo game was just too painful for me...
