| layover in houston. just ran into a big group of bama fans. i'm wearing a michigan shirt. they noticed. we chatted a bit. they were very respectible fans. they did sauy they are worried a bit about denards speed and hoped his passing didnt get better because that could cause trouble for their new secondary.

| It's funny, despite the stereotypes the 'bama fans that I encountered in Brighton last week were very respectable as well. Just as Michigan gets a bad rep. for its dill-hole fans 'bama must have as well, although the real fans (read people from places like this board) are very respectable. Well, maybe not in ohio but still...

| ok... went to BW3 tonight here in memphis to watch the south carolina game. ran into two bama fans. they were great at first, talked a lot about the game. got some whiskey in them and turned into dbags real quick. cant wait to get to dallas tomorrow. should start seeing real game atmosphere. keep u posted

| bar scene pretty good next to the stadium right now. sparty losing and delmon young just put the tigers up with a 3 run rbi. michigan fans out in full force.

| gameday is packed. mich fans definitely louder than bama fans. ( not bias either). bamas band is here playing. no UM band. after every bama song the UM fans sing hail to the victors. pretty cool

| not sure if you can see but gameday is split in half. the bama side is open. there is a long line to get into the M side

| the game program is terrible. there is a huge mess up. well over half of the players hometowns are wrong.... example: pipkins - cincy ohio.... bwc - ada mich.... lewan - orland park illinois.... etc. LAME
