| To, as a suggestion, "NO INCENTIVE" Tournament.
Sheesh, to little Pittsburgh inner-city college Robert Morris? How hard could they really have been trying? The team that ousted Florida, Ole Miss and Mizzou during the regular season?

| With the expansion of the NCAA tourney to 68, the incentive is to win it so the students can chant:
WE'RE 69 WE'RE 69 WE'RE 69!

| Sad thing is Kentucky is going to be a top 5 team next year (preseason of course).
National Champs to first round nockout in the NIT to top 5 preseason. Can't script that. _________________ Sometimes people standing on third base think they hit a triple, but they didn't - Jim Harbaugh

| As a closing shot on the [post-season] NIT, though, it's my conviction: for every team that honestly leaves it all on the court and tries to win that thing, there are at least two which merely go through the motions**, so they can pack it in for the summer after 40 minutes.
** - as Kentucky obviously was (And in very slow motion). Not sure which adjective would fit them better last night: apathetic, or just pathetic...?
