Game day!!!!

To say I am worried about this game is an understatement. We have not won in Wisconsin since 1999. Cue the Prince music. That is not good. I am also concerned about the let down game. Michigan was spent after the Ohio game. We need them to come out strong.

To be honest, I'd be pretty happy with a split of the next two. It will be interesting to see how Michigan deals with Wisconsin's particularly ugly style of basketball.

How about all the layups that were missed. They had plenty of chances to win this game in regulation. It never should have come to that last shot.

I also get tired of announcers screaming why didn't they foul?? Did it ever occur to them that maybe they were told to foul and they just didn't get it done? That does happen. Hindsight is so easy.

Dan Dauckich was right, no excuse not to foul. You need to make an obvious hae foul. That last second shot should not even get off.

Beiline told them to foul. For whatever reason, LeVert didn't do it. So, Dauckich was making a big thing about it and making the coaches look bad, when they had told them to foul.

I agree they should have fouled. I was screaming to foul. I just hate it when announcers go on and on about a point, when they don't know what was said in the huddle.

Has JB or any of the players said why they didn't? How the f@ck did they lose that game?

the other thing is, maybe Levert wasn't expecting him to shoot at half court. still should have fouled i guess.

Why not guard the end bounds pass. That would have been a much tougher pass to make. Makes it harder to handle maybe lets you get closer to shooter maybe makes them not be able to get to half court

This is just my thoughts on why they don't always guard the end line pass. UM would have had to put a big man on the inbounder. Granted they have guys on the bench to do so. However, WI has several big guys who they would send down court. Now, they can throw the long pass and look to catch that pass and still have time to turn and take a good shot. Sort of like the Laitner shot years ago. By not guarding the inbounder, they have an extra player down the court to deny that play, or they can use the extra guy wherever they want to double team.
