Gary Harris

I don't follow football recruiting as much as I follow basketball, so I'd like to get some info on Harris. He was at the UM/MSU basketball game, sitting with Gardner and Shane Morris, cheering for Michigan. That atmosphere along with Sugar Shane's recruit skills had to make some sort of impression.

So:

-Where do we stand with Harris?
-Has he given a commitment date?
-How big of a get would that be?

Drake is right. Gary plays BB for MSU.

I feel good about getting Drake. With DG getting another year, that will help.

- We are at the top of the list with Drake Harris (didn't say how many teams are at the top with Michigan. So we could be alone or with 5 other teams)
- He will probably wait until next February to decide, just my opinion.
- Considering he is most likely to be top 5 if not top 3 receivers in the country his get will be HUGE, especially because we are high on the list of a 5 star who is HS teammates with current commit Cole.

***He is planning on visiting Ann Arbor again this weekend, which will make it his third weekend IN A ROW visiting Michigan. That is what really is making me think that we will end up getting him, he is really meshing well with our current and future players.***

I read something a few days ago (article could have been a few weeks old) that said Drake still had MSU at the top of his list but that he was definitely considering other options, Michigan being one of them.

Funny thing is that I read another article (have to find the link) that showed Harris at the MSU game with Devin Gardner and Shane Morris. The picture the article had was of Drake and Shane singing The Victors.

Two days ago I would told you that O$U is the team to beat but with Gardner getting his redshirt I think that puts M on top. JMHO
