Geez, I've forgotten about them. I liked them, actually. Better than the dam numbers on the side, imo.
Did Jimmy use them at Stanford? I don't remember.

I was watching some old youtube videos of him on MOBLOG posted by wolverine historian and remembered how much I liked them.

I remember one year before the OSU game (played in Columbus), several player's helmets were stolen before the game. I recall that one was Ty Wheatley's and when I saw him at the beginning of the game I though-hey what happened to his helmet stickers (maize footballs)? I think I read about the theft the next day.

Don't like those humungus football a claw or a block M on it would be cool maybe even a claw foe a wolverine paw or something smaller,not so gaudy
