| holapalooza, re your question over on MLive.
Indy will be the host city through 2015.
After that, I wouldn't be surprised if they end up extending that.
I personally don't ever see them going to an outdoors facility.
That basically leaves 3 indoor options: HHH Dome (Minnesota Vikings), Lucas Oil Stadium (current site) or Ford Field. (Don't think I'm missing any, but if I am, let me know.)
Here's an article from the Chicago Tribune this past summer talking all about it: http://articles.chicagotribune.com/2011-06-05/sports/ct-spt-0606-big-ten-championship--20110605_1_indianapolis-lucas-oil-stadium-commissioner-jim-delany-football-championship | |

| They have spent millions in infrastructure to be a destination for large events. Everything from purchase additional snow plows in case of snow to cell carriers dumping millions into network improvements to handle the additional cell usage. They have also created additional access points in and out of the airport to help with traffic. The list goes on and on. | |

| It should be Verizon and At & T were both mentioned in the article that I read. They are also bringing in trucks to boost cell strength in the downtown area. Are you going to be in Indy for the SB? | |

| The girlfriend's sister and brother-in-law live on Meridian, near the Governor's Mansion. Wish we were a little closer to the action, but a free place to stay? I'll never complain.
Won't be going into the game, just enjoying the festivities.
Will you be down there? | |
